David DeCarlo
Board Member
David DeCarlo is a lawyer specializing in financial regulation and policy. He previously worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. In addition to serving on the board of the Center for Illinois Politics, he is a member of the Associates Board of Ladder Up and the Working Group on Financial Markets of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. He has also provided pro bono counsel to an Illinois public interest group on electoral reforms and a non-profit on investments in education for Chicagoland students.
